This is the ultimate Antioxidant, super nutrient shake.

Ingredients

It might sound strange to add papaya to a chocolate shake. but it is only there for the texture and nutrition. The taste of the papaya fruit is so mild, the chocolate flavor covers it completely and nobody will guess it´s even there. I use papaya here to thicken this shake because I want to avoid banana. I want the flavor to be dark rich chocolate sauce and a thick smooth cacao flavored shake, nothing else.

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 

A LITTLE TIP

An alternative to papaya would be to use frozen zucchini as a thickener. It may sound strange, but again, the flavor is so mild nobody will even guess. You can exchange the papaya for the exact same amount of zucchini.
