Melt the coconut oil and honey together.
Combine all the Dry Ingredients.
Wisk honey coconut oil and the water together and then add to the dry ingredients.
Mix well until the dough becomes very thick to stir.
Preheat the oven to 175, place in the middle rack in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the bread from the bread tin, place upside down a rack and bake for another 30-40 minutes.
Bread is done when it sounds hollow when tapped. Wait until cool before cutting, and store in a air-tight container for.
