Ingredients
- 2 cups Oats
- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Coconut Blossom Nectar
- 1. tablespoon maca powder
- 2 teaspoons Ginger finely grated
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoon pink salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
makes: 20 pieces
Combine all ingredients except chocolate in a food processor and blend until thoroughly combined. Add the chocolate and pulse until just incorporated. Use your hands to roll into bite size balls. You can store these in the fridge for a couple of weeks, or in the freezer for a few months.
